The European Union assessments of radiofrequency radiation health risks – another hard nut to crack (Review)
In 2017 an article was published on the unwillingness of the WHO to acknowledge the health effects associated with the use of wireless phones. It was thus stated that the WHO is ‘A Hard Nut to Crack’. Since then, there has been no progress, and history seems to be repeating in that the European Union (EU) is following in the blind man’s footsteps created by the WHO.
We have now received information directly from Dr Oleg Grigoriev, Chairman, Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection regarding the official position on EMF/RF & 4G and 5G. He confirmed that the article on 5G masts is FAKE NEWS and has not been issued by Russia.

In the Commission’s final report, the strong consensus of the commission was that wireless radiation exposure poses a significant threat to human health, which include, but are not limited to, the risk of neuropsychiatric effects.
WiFi in schools causes problems for students. For the first time, a UK court has recognised this fact. In a precedent-setting decision, the Upper Tribunal of the Administrative Appeals Chamber (Sussex) determined that educators would need to accommodate a student who was intolerant of WiFi and other electromagnetic fields.
Telcos dismiss claims about mobiles being bad for our health – but is that because studies showing a link to cancer have been cast into doubt by the industry?
German court finds property owners can be liable for health impacts from base station antennas on their property
A German court has clarified in a lawsuit that property owners who rent space for base stations and mobile towers assume responsibility for health consequences of the activity.
Close to 40 years after its first publication, The Microwave Debate, Nicholas Steneck’s history of research and regulation of microwave health effects, is back in print —this time in Norwegian. The new translation comes with an epilogue by Thomas Butler, a professor at Ireland’s Cork University Business School, who has contributed seven chapters —about 30,000 words— to bring Steneck’s history up to the present.
The sky is falling! The sky is falling!” cried Chicken Little. And the sky fell, and no one listened, and all was still.
New article from Arthur Firstenberg. “A scholarly literature search for “electromagnetic” + “biological effects” produces the astonishing number of 76,400 studies, more studies than for most other environmental threats, yet the world continues on, looking yet blind, listening yet deaf, mistaking silence for comfort, the advancing flames for a bright future.
A short video about Mobile radiation, cancer risk and industry lobbying as part of a EU based initiative to stop 5G.
ORSAA is requesting that policy and action that needs to be taken to address the needs of EHS people as a disadvantaged group, including the establishment of radiofrequency quiet zones, also commonly referred to as “White Zones” in Australia.
We are pleased to announce the creation, of the A.R.I.E.M. Association with the main objective of developing knowledge on EHS and MCS through high level research involving the best teams engaged in this research in France, in collaboration with the best international teams. This Association is under the patronage of an international scientific council composed of high-level experts.

Presentation by Victor Leach on 5G Cellular Standards. Total radiobiological assessment of the dangers of planetary
electromagnetic radiation exposure to the population. At the Australasian Radiation Protection Society (ARPS) Conference in Canberra Asutralia in March 2022.
Why does Australia’s radiation standard allow the Australian public to be exposed to much more wireless radiation than the Russian standard does? Why doesn’t our radiation standard give us adequate protection against 5G radiation? Lyn McLean talks to Australian physicist Vic Leach who explains the limitations of Australian and international standards and what we need to know about 5G radiation.
Aluminum is key to everything at stake here. First, it burns into reflective aluminum oxide, or alumina, which could turn into an unwitting geoengineering experiment that could alter Earth’s climate. And second, aluminum oxide could damage and even rip a new hole in the ozone layer. Let’s look at each threat separately and try to figure it out.
In a joint letter, representatives from 11 Nordic organisations active in the field of health risks from radiation from wireless technology, request that humans and the environment be better protected. People are today completely unprotected from a variety of harmful effects, such as cancer and neurological damage, which the research has repeatedly shown occurs at levels well below current ”safety limits”.
There is no debate that automotive, airline, and tobacco safety requirements, once bitterly fought by major manufacturers, have saved millions. We are at the same juncture now with radically evolving telecom technology.
Over the last decades, novel wireless communication technologies, such as mobile telephones, cellular networks and Wi-Fi, have been developed at unparalleled speed. However, 5G, along with 3G and 4G, may also pose threats to human health and the environment. This article outlines the two STOA studies presented to the EU Parliament, which take stock of our present understanding of the impacts of 5G on health and the environment.
U.S. Appeals Court rules against FCC in favor of wireless safety advocates on radio frequency exposure limits
Today the dam of denial has begun to crack. A Federal appeals court ruled against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in favor of wireless safety advocates, This ruling represents a victory in the decades-long fight to get our government to adopt wireless radiation exposure limits that protect our health and the environment.
A Nissan LEAF electromagnetic radiation lawsuit has been filed by a Georgia man who sued the automaker “for permanently damaging his health and for destroying his family and career, not to exceed $10 million.”

The Claimants filed their lawsuit, an application for Judicial Review Proceedings, in the UK’s High Court.
arth and all living beings are under threat from the many environmental challenges we now face: Climate change, deforestation, pollution, oceanic dead zones, and so on. But one threat to all life that has largely gone unnoticed by the International Environmental Community is that of our vast and growing e-footprint from technology as well as from the associated radiofrequency microwave radiation exposures.
EU Report: The International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection: Conflicts of interest and the push for 5G
A growing number of scientists and also citizens are worried that EMFs do cause health problems. ICNIRP pretends to be scientifically neutral, and free from vested interests of the Telecom industry. We show with this study that this is ‘playing with the truth’ or simply a lie.
Australian ‘No 5G’ Political Party demands moratorium until 5G is proven safe to human health, flora, fauna and property
The Australian No 5G Political Party is now official. Our mission is to protect life and freedom by regulating wireless 5G and associated technologies, and to establish a moratorium until such technologies are proven safe to health, the environment, privacy and security.
The Assembly regrets that, despite calls for the respect of the precautionary principle and despite all the recommendations, declarations and a number of statutory and legislative advances, there is still a lack of reaction to known or emerging environmental and health risks and virtually systematic delays in adopting and implementing effective preventive measures. Waiting for high levels of scientific and clinical proof before taking action to prevent well-known risks can lead to very high health and economic costs, as was the case with asbestos, leaded petrol and tobacco.
The French governments High Council on Climate issued a report in December 2020 on CONTROLLING THE CARBON IMPACT OF 5G. It states that 5G will increase greenhouse gas emissions in the next decade and that a moratorium would be preferable as these new frequencies have not been subject to a prior
environmental assessment particularly in regard to 5G carbon emissions.
